$200 billed when property goes Active
  • Listing consult call with agent to confirm highlights and any important details of property.

  • Enter listing into FMLS/GAMLS.

  • Upload/organize photos.

  • Upload property disclosures.

  • Assign lockbox in SUPRA.

  • Set up Showingtime.

  • Submit documents to Broker portal.

  • Maintain status updates on FMLS/GAMLS.

  • Maintain price updates.
